At ReMend, We’re Here For You

ReMend is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was formed with Balboa Nephrology Medical Group (BNMG), along with a core group of past and present End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients that have undergone either dialysis, kidney transplant or both. ReMend was founded to provide you with no-cost mentoring, encouragement and guidance through your kidney disease journey. We’re also able to support your family and others involved in your care and treatment.

Let’s Do This Together

ReMend Mentors are not social workers or nurses, they’re real people who have had similar experiences and are willing to share their knowledge and provide a humanistic approach to dealing with ESRD. Mentors can engage with you to set goals surrounding all topics pertaining to coping, compliance, transplant and donation.

Its important to know YOU have a voice and can be your own advocate thru a challenging and frightening period in your life. ReMend is here to help.
